RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Personalised items, gift cards, and discounted purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. For all other purchases, customers have up to 30 days to initiate a return, whether due to incorrect delivery, a damaged item, or dissatisfaction with the product.
We may reserve the right to refuse returns if the product has been worn, damaged, or is not in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. To ensure your return is accepted, please make sure the item meets our return conditions.
How do I return an online order?
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.
Can I return an online order in-store?
Yes, online purchases can be returned at any of our boutiques (Paris or Nice). Please note that refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Cash refunds are not available. Alternatively, we are happy to offer exchanges for items in-store.
How do I return an in-store purchase?
Returns for in-store purchases can only be processed at our physical store locations.
What if my return is late?
Return requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. We cannot accept returns beyond this period.
What is your exchange policy?
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, kindly return the product and place a new order.
