GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. DEFINITIONS, PURPOSE, AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS The Lorina Balteanu website is an e-commerce site accessible via the internet at www.lorina-balteanu.com (hereinafter the “Site”). The Site is operated by Lorina Balteanu, a company registered in Paris (France). These General Conditions of Sale apply to any purchase of jewellery and related accessories (hereinafter referred to as “Product(s)”). By making a purchase on the Site, you agree to these General Conditions of Sale, and any other legal notices applicable to the Site. Lorina Balteanu reserves the right to modify these General Conditions of Sale at any time. Modifications will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

2. AVAILABILITY AND DESCRIPTION OF MARKETED PRODUCTS – ORDERING
TERMS
The Site offers for sale high-quality jewelry and related accessories crafted by Lorina Balteanu. Products are available for immediate purchase online, subject to availability. All orders placed on the Site are reserved exclusively for personal use and cannot be resold. Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the Site and while stocks last. Errors or modifications may exceptionally occur, particularly in the case of simultaneous orders for the same Product by several clients. In the event of product unavailability after placing your order, we will inform you by email or telephone as soon as possible, offering you either to order another Product as a replacement or to cancel your order. If you choose to cancel your order, you will be refunded no later than 30 days from payment if your bank account has been debited. The Site also allows you to place orders by telephone at +33(0)1 42 38 33 34 during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6 PM CET).

3. ORDER VALIDATION
At the end of the order process, you are prompted to click on the "Pay" button. By clicking to validate the order, you confirm that you accept these General Conditions of Sale in full. Your order will only be processed once payment is received. The data recorded by the Site constitutes proof of all transactions between Lorina Balteanu Paris and its customers. In the event of a conflict over a transaction, this data will serve as irrefutable proof of the content of the transaction.

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT
All prices of Products are indicated in Euros, and they include the VAT for customers from
EU countries. The prices do not include the shipping and customs costs. Shipping costs are calculated and added at checkout. Costs related to customs clearance in the destination country are not added. The Site reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without prior notice. However, these changes will not apply to orders that have already been confirmed. We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Klarna (for eligible countries). Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Products ordered on the Site can be delivered worldwide, with the exception of regions restricted by European Union regulations, including North Korea, Syria, Crimea, Sevastopol, Yemen, Somalia, Russia, and Belarus.
Delivery rates and times are as follows:
● France: €8 (Standard delivery, typically 48 business hours).
● European Union and Switzerland: €12 (typically 3-5 business days).
● Rest of the world: €30 (typically 7-10 business days).
Shipping is free for orders over €200 (for international orders).

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Personalized items, gift cards, and discounted purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. For all other purchases, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. Returns will be accepted only if the product is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service with your order number and reason for the return. You can return your items through the post office to the following address: Lorina Balteanu, Boutique bijoux, 29 rue Dauphine, 75006, Paris, France. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. The return costs are not covered by us, unless the reason for return is a defect item.

7. EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, kindly return it and place a new order.

8. WARRANTY AND REPAIRS
All jewelry purchased from Lorina Balteanu is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects (excluding damages from improper use). After one year, repairs can be arranged for a fee. Please contact our Customer Service for further details.

9. FORCE MAJEURE
Lorina Balteanu cannot be held responsible for non-performance of its obligations if the non-performance is due to an event of force majeure, such as a natural disaster, strike, lack of raw materials, or government action.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site, including images, text, and designs, is the exclusive property of Lorina Balteanu. Any reproduction, distribution, or use of any content from the Site without prior written permission is prohibited.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These General Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In case of disputes, French courts have exclusive jurisdiction. Before taking any legal action, you may use the mediation service provided by Lorina Balteanu, as required by French consumer protection laws.
