Shipping
Lorina Balteanu collaborates with two third-party shipping providers: Colissimo and FedEx. The choice of courier is determined based on the prevailing shipping rates at the time of sale, with the selection made according to factors such as price and regional coverage.
All orders are dispatched following thorough processing. Shipments occur from Monday to Saturday. Orders are shipped from Lorina Balteanu’s inventory located in Paris, France.
Delivery times are subject to the delivery region and the accuracy of the information provided within the purchase order.
Returns
Personalized items, gift cards, and/or discounted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
The withdrawal period is 14 working days from the date of delivery.
The cost of returning each product shall be borne by the user.
In the event of a return, the items must be in perfect condition, free of any signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in the item being ineligible for exchange, credit, or refund.
To return an item, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us via email, providing your purchase order number.
2. Specify the reason for returning the item.
Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for the amount corresponding to the returned items within 14 days, using the original method of payment.
Applicable law
The present Terms & Conditions and accepted orders are subject to French law. In case of dispute the French Courts will have jurisdiction.
